Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent image disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the current oversight release.
